Philip is experienced in management, sales, operations, underwriting and procedures all related to real estate. He has over eleven years in the title insurance industry with the largest title insurance company in the country where he implemented start up operations for several locations throughout the state of Florida. While in the title industry he was responsible for management of title plant records, and underwriting procedures within multi-county operation

Philip has nine years experience as President of an FHA approved Florida licensed Correspondent Lender, the community lending arm of Housing & Education Alliance. His work experience has allowed him to serve his hometown and the Tampa Bay Community in affordable housing by promoting homeownership and its sustainability.

He has participated at dozens of foreclosure rescue fairs throughout the Tampa Bay area including those presented by Congresswoman Kathy Castor and Congressman Gus Bilirakis.

Philip teaches First Time Homebuyer and Financial Literacy Classes and is the Director of Housing Counseling for HEA.
